Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and other fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Izabela Krajnik Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Wrong address or returned
Izabela Krajnik Art is not responsible if the address is wrong or information is missing, or the package cannot be delivered because you are absent. In this case, the customer must pay for the shipping to get it shipped again.
