Right of Withdrawal / Returns
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for non-personalized art works within 14 days without giving any reason.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:

personalized or custom artworks (originals or prints)
2. Start of the Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the item is received.
3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

After receiving your message, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return of Goods
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
5. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded excluding shipping costs, if applicable, to the original payment method.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Undeliverable Items
Please inspect the item upon delivery.
In case of damaged or incorrect delivery, please email immediately with a photo of the item and receipt to izabelakrajnikart@gmail.com. A replacement will be provided.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or being absent, the customer must pay the shipping costs for a second delivery attempt.
