Float Mode - Fine Art Print

The idea for this painting came to me during a quiet self-care evening in the bathtub. I thought back to the time when having a little rubber duck was simply part of the ritual – and to that moment when play suddenly becomes labeled as childish, unnecessary, a waste of time. That thought made me sad. So I wanted to create a piece for our inner child. For me, the goggles symbolize safety and comfort – the freedom to float without fear, without shampoo in the eyes. Float Mode is my reminder that we can reclaim our sense of playfulness, even as adults.
